The game takes place in the city of Gloomywood, where child abductions are on the rise, and the citizens are paralyzed with fear. The main character, Mr. Smith, is a former detective who lost his wife and children to the abductions. He vows to bring an end to the misery by infiltrating Gloomywood's criminal underworld and saving the children.

The game is a nerve-wracking experience with ruthless consequences, where you have to use your wits to guide you. The levels are intricately handcrafted, and you have to perfect your plan to escape with the children.
